Silent being NAUGHTY

So, many of you may not know the player Silent, neither do I, but when I met him, he started being mean to my fac, I got pretty annoyed about that, but then, he started swearing, A LOT. I mean THINK OF THE CHILDREN! Then after that, he started disrespecting me and Lio (AKA Local_Disc_seller) I think something should be done about the player silent, also kids under the age of 12 on the forums, don't read this. the following is what he called me:

I really think something should be done about this a**hole. PLEASE BAN HIM!

your a trial you have the power to do that i kicked him wit a warning aswell then when i consulted you ig you sadi dont bother ith a ban

I agree with bradley, you have the power to kick him, but I honestly think he doesn't deserve to be banned....yet. But if he continues against warnings, he probably should be banned.
